Ingredients

  • 200g dried noodles
  • 2 tablespoons expired soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over high heat.

Add the onion and garlic to the pan and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Add the carrot, bell pepper, cabbage, and bean sprouts. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.

Add the cooked noodles to the pan and pour in the expired soy sauce. Toss everything together until well combined.
