- 200g dried noodles
- 2 tablespoons expired soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- Salt and pepper to taste

Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over high heat.

Add the onion and garlic to the pan and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
