Ingredients

  • 2 cans of expired smoked herring fillets (kippers)
  • 8 oz spaghetti or linguine
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Drain and rinse the expired smoked herring fillets, then flake them into small pieces.
