  • 1 cup expired shelled almonds
  • 1 cup dates, pitted
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut

Instructions

Place the expired shelled almonds in a food processor and pulse until finely ground.

Add the dates, cocoa powder, and honey to the food processor and blend until the mixture comes together.

Take small amounts of the mixture and roll it into balls.
