Ingredients
- 200g pasta
- 2 cups fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a food processor, combine the fresh basil leaves, Parmesan cheese, pine nuts, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.

In a large pan, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for about 2-3 minutes, until softened.

Add the cooked pasta to the pan and pour in the rosemary pesto sauce. Toss well to coat the pasta and tomatoes with the sauce.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is heated through.
