Ingredients
- 1 baguette
- 200g Robiola Tre Latti cheese
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Slice the baguette into thin rounds.

Rub each slice with the garlic cloves.

Brush each slice with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Bake the slices in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly.
