Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup expired relish
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 wooden skewers, soaked in water

Instructions

In a bowl, combine the expired relish, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Add the chicken cubes to the bowl and mix until they are well coated with the relish mixture. Let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat.

Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers.

Grill the skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
