- 2 whole pita bread
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cut the pita bread into small triangles and place them on a baking sheet.
