- 1 cup slightly expired Pet Nat Wine
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the flour to the butter and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
