Ingredients

  • 1 cup expired peanut butter (still safe to consume)
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

In a large bowl, combine the expired peanut butter, oats, honey, chocolate chips, ground flaxseed, shredded coconut, and vanilla extract.
