- 1 cup expired peanut butter (still safe to consume)
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
