- 2 cups fresh parsley leaves
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces spaghetti

In a food processor, combine parsley, Parmesan cheese, pine nuts, and garlic. Pulse until coarsely chopped.

With the food processor running, slowly pour in olive oil until the mixture forms a smooth paste.

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain well.

In a large bowl, toss the cooked spaghetti with the parsley pesto until well coated.
