- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded Muenster cheese (expired but safe)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Steam the broccoli florets until tender, then chop them into small pieces.

In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring continuously.

Gradually whisk in the vegetable broth and milk.

Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
