- 1 cup expired Monterey Jack cheese, grated

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, chopped broccoli, grated Monterey Jack cheese, milk, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
