- 4 multi grain rolls
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (such as basil, parsley, or dill), chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
