Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup cooked beans
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 2 tablespoons slightly expired Moringa Powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.

Add the carrots and celery, and cook for another 5 minutes.
