
Moringa Energy Balls
These energy balls are a great way to use up expired Moringa Powder while reducing food waste. Make sure the Moringa Powder is safe to consume before using.

Ingredients
- 1 cup dates, pitted
- 1 cup almonds
- 2 tablespoons expired Moringa Powder
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional, for coating)
Instructions
- In a food processor, blend the dates, almonds, Moringa Powder, honey or maple syrup, and chia seeds until well combined.
- Using damp hands, roll the mixture into small balls.
- If desired, roll the balls in shredded coconut to coat.
- Place the energy balls in an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Enjoy as a healthy snack!
