These energy balls are a great way to use up expired Moringa Powder while reducing food waste. Make sure the Moringa Powder is safe to consume before using.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dates, pitted
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 2 tablespoons expired Moringa Powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional, for coating)

Instructions

In a food processor, blend the dates, almonds, Moringa Powder, honey or maple syrup, and chia seeds until well combined.

Using damp hands, roll the mixture into small balls.

If desired, roll the balls in shredded coconut to coat.

Place the energy balls in an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
