Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup expired marshmallows, chopped

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x9 inch baking dish to form the crust.

In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Fold in the chopped expired marshmallows into the cream cheese mixture.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the baking dish.

Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
