Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup slightly expired mango nectar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 egg

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the mango nectar, milk, melted butter, and egg.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Heat a lightly greased griddle or non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle for each pancake.
