  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9-inch baking pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, expired malt powder, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate large bowl, mix together the melted butter and granulated sugar until well combined.
