  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup expired ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Skewers, soaked in water

Instructions

In a bowl, combine the expired ketchup, soy sauce, honey, sriracha sauce, vegetable oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to make the marinade.

Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix until well coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for better flavor.
