Ingredients

  • 1 cup instant polenta
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.

Gradually whisk in instant polenta, reduce heat to low, and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
