- 2 cups expired infant formula
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, combine the expired infant formula, eggs, and vegetable oil. Whisk until well combined.

Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix; it's okay if there are a few lumps.

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with oil or cooking spray.
