  • 4 cups stale bread cubes
  • 2 cups infant formula (slightly expired but safe)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup raisins

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes and infant formula. Let it sit for 10 minutes to allow the bread to soak up the liquid.

Add the sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and raisins to the bread mixture. Stir well to combine.

Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.

Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is set.
