Ingredients

  • 1 cup of infant formula unopened
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1.5 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup of sugar
  • 0.5 cup of unsalted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon of salt

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until completely smooth.

Stir the infant formula into the mashed bananas.

Melt the butter and mix it into the banana and infant formula mixture.

Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract.

Mix in the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.

Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan.
