Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 1 cup Ikura salmon roe (expired but safe)
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 green onion, chopped

Instructions

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sesame seeds. Set aside.
