- 200g spaghetti
- 100g slightly expired Ikura salmon roe
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes until slightly softened.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss well to coat it with the garlic and tomato mixture.

Remove the skillet from heat and gently fold in the Ikura salmon roe. Be careful not to break the roe.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
