- Expired ice cream (any flavor)
- Chocolate chip cookies
- Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

Line a baking dish with parchment paper.

Take a scoop of expired ice cream and place it on a chocolate chip cookie.

Top with another cookie and gently press down to create a sandwich.

Repeat with the remaining ice cream and cookies.

If desired, roll the edges of the ice cream sandwiches in sprinkles.

Place the ice cream sandwiches in the prepared baking dish and freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.
