- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 1 ½ cups ice cream (Ice Cream Commercially Frozen All Flavors Including Vanilla Chocolate Strawberry Coffee Butter Pecan Unopened Package)
- Optional: 1/2 cup mix-ins such as chocolate chips or nuts

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.

In a large bowl, mix the self-rising flour and ice cream until well combined.

If desired, fold in any mix-ins such as chocolate chips or nuts.

Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes.

Transfer the bread to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
