
Expired Ice Cream Sundae Cups
A fun and creative way to use expired ice cream by turning it into delightful sundae cups.
Ingredients
- 2 cups expired ice cream (assorted flavors)
- 1 cup crushed cookies or graham crackers
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- Whipped cream and cherries for topping
Instructions
Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
Scoop the expired ice cream into the cupcake liners, filling each about halfway.
Sprinkle crushed cookies or graham crackers on top of the ice cream.
Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
Drizzle the melted chocolate over the crushed cookies or graham crackers.
Sprinkle chopped nuts (if using) on top.
Place the muffin tin in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until the ice cream is firm.
Once frozen, remove the sundae cups from the muffin tin and transfer them to a serving plate.
Top each cup with whipped cream and a cherry.
Serve immediately and enjoy these adorable sundae cups!
