  • 2 cups expired ice cream (assorted flavors)
  • 1 cup crushed cookies or graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • Whipped cream and cherries for topping

Instructions

Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.

Scoop the expired ice cream into the cupcake liners, filling each about halfway.

Sprinkle crushed cookies or graham crackers on top of the ice cream.

Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.

Drizzle the melted chocolate over the crushed cookies or graham crackers.

Place the muffin tin in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until the ice cream is firm.
