Ingredients

  • 4 large whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup expired hummus
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Place the whole wheat tortillas on a clean surface.

Spread the expired hummus evenly over each tortilla.

Layer the shredded lettuce, sliced cucumber, bell peppers, red onion, and black olives on top of the hummus.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Roll up the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.

Slice each wrap in half and secure with toothpicks if needed.
