Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs chicken breast, cut into chunks
- 3 tablespoons expired Harissa paste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the expired Harissa paste, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.

Add the chicken chunks to the bowl and toss until well coated with the marinade.

Cover the bowl and let the chicken marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated chicken chunks onto the soaked wooden skewers.

Grill the chicken skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
