Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1/2 cup expired Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together the expired Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice until well combined.
