Ingredients
- 500g slightly expired Gravy Lamb
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup water
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish

In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.

Add the onions and garlic, and sauté until golden brown.

Add the curry powder, turmeric, cumin, coriander, and garam masala. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the slightly expired Gravy Lamb and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Pour in the coconut milk and water. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, or until the lamb is tender.

Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro. Enjoy with rice or naan bread!
