Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 200g expired Gloucester Cheese, grated
  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Place the puff pastry sheet onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Sprinkle half of the grated Gloucester Cheese over the puff pastry.

Arrange the tomato slices evenly over the cheese.

Drizzle the olive oil over the tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle the remaining grated Gloucester Cheese on top.
