- 1 can chickpeas
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp ginger paste
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt

1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
