
Garlic Paste Chicken Stir-fry

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 tablespoons expired garlic paste
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together expired garlic paste, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Add chicken slices and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add sliced bell peppers and onion, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
- Pour the garlic paste sauce over the chicken and vegetables, and stir-fry for another 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
