Ingredients

  • 4 expired frozen vegan burritos
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 can (15 oz) refried beans
  • 1 cup vegan shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Remove the expired frozen vegan burritos from their packaging and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
