Ingredients
- 1 package of expired Frozen Shepherd's Pie
- 1 cup of frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/2 cup of beef or vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Remove the expired Shepherd's Pie from the freezer and let it thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
In a skillet, heat the thawed Shepherd's Pie over medium heat until it is heated through.
Meanwhile, in a separate pan, cook the frozen mixed vegetables according to the package instructions.
Once the Shepherd's Pie is heated, transfer it to a lightly greased baking dish.
Add the cooked mixed vegetables on top of the Shepherd's Pie.
In a small bowl, mix together the beef or vegetable broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Pour the broth mixture over the Shepherd's Pie and vegetables.
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dish is heated through and the flavors have melded together.
