Ingredients
- 1 lb slightly expired frozen meatballs
- 1 bell pepper, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 onion, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup sweet and sour sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

If the meatballs are still frozen, bake them on a baking sheet for 15 minutes.
