Ingredients

  • 4 sub rolls
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup expired frozen meatballs
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Slice the sub rolls lengthwise, leaving one side attached. Place them on a baking sheet.

Spread marinara sauce on one side of each sub roll.

In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the expired frozen meatballs according to package instructions.

Place the heated meatballs on top of the marinara sauce in each sub roll.

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, dried basil, and garlic powder evenly over the meatballs.

Drizzle olive oil over the top of each sub roll.
