Ingredients
- 8 expired frozen dumplings
 - 4 cups vegetable broth
 - 1 cup sliced mushrooms
 - 1 cup chopped bok choy
 - 1 carrot, thinly sliced
 - 2 green onions, chopped
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

In a large pot, bring the vegetable broth to a boil over medium heat.

Add the expired frozen dumplings to the boiling broth and cook for 5-7 minutes until they float to the surface.

Remove the dumplings from the pot and set aside.

In the same pot, add the sliced mushrooms, chopped bok choy, carrot, green onions, and minced garlic.
