Ingredients

  • 6 pickled hard-boiled eggs, past expiration date

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

  • 8 slices of bread

Instructions

Peel the pickled hard-boiled eggs and chop them into small pieces.
