- pepper
Instructions
1. Thaw the Egg Substitutes Sold Frozen Unopened Package in the refrigerator overnight.
2. Chop the vegetables and shred the cheese.
3. In a bowl, whisk together the thawed egg substitutes, vegetables, cheese, salt, and pepper.
4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour the egg mixture into the pan.
5. Cook the omelette for a few minutes until the edges start to set.
6. Gently lift the edges of the omelette and tilt the pan to allow the uncooked egg mixture to flow to the edges.
7. Continue cooking until the omelette is set but still slightly moist on top.
