
Duck Pate Stuffed Mushrooms
A delightful appetizer using expired Duck Pate to stuff mushrooms, baked to perfection.
Ingredients
- 1 can of expired Duck Pate
- 12 large mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
Finely chop the mushroom stems.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and chopped mushroom stems.
Cook until the mushrooms release their moisture and the mixture is fragrant, about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
Open the can of expired Duck Pate and transfer it to a bowl.
Mix the pate with the cooked mushroom stems and garlic mixture.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Stuff each mushroom cap generously with the Duck Pate mixture.
Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are cooked and the filling is heated through.
Garnish with fresh parsley.
Serve warm and enjoy!
