Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded Duck Confit
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup crumbled queso fresco
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Warm the tortillas in the oven for 5 minutes.

In a skillet, heat the shredded Duck Confit over medium heat until heated through.
