Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked expired Duck Confit, shredded
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups cooked potatoes, diced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet, and sauté until the onion is translucent.

Add the shredded Duck Confit, diced potatoes, dried thyme, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is heated through and the potatoes are crispy.
