  • 200g expired dry linguini
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Add the expired dry linguini and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Make sure to cook it for an extra minute or two to ensure safety.
