Ingredients
- 2 cups expired cold brew coffee
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

In a saucepan, combine sugar and water over medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves completely.

Remove from heat and let the syrup cool to room temperature.

In a large bowl, combine the syrup, expired cold brew coffee, and lemon juice. Mix well.

Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and place it in the freezer.

Every 30 minutes, use a fork to scrape the mixture, forming ice crystals. Repeat this process for about 2-3 hours, or until the mixture becomes slushy.
