Ingredients

  • 1 cup coffee beans
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Rinse the coffee beans and cook them in boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain and let them cool.
