
Cinnamon Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon expired cinnamon powder
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 4 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and expired cinnamon powder.
In a separate large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs, one at a time, and then stir in the mashed bananas, milk, and vanilla extract.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, mixing well after each addition.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake for approximately 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the banana bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
